Whether you are using Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird or your smart phone, all email setting are virtually the same.
The below settings will help you setup your PC or device to retrieve your emails.

Please note that Dido Internet Inc. supports encrypted email connections ONLY!

Incoming Mail Server:
Server Name: mail2.dido.ca
Username:      Your email address

IMAP:
Port 993 Make sure you also select SSL on your client as this will encrypt or make your connection very secure!

POP3:
Port 995 Make sure you also select SSL on your client as this will encrypt or make your connection very secure!

Outgoing Mail Server:
Server name: mail2.dido.ca
Username:      Your email address

Port: 587 Make sure you select TLS to ensure that your connections are encrypted and secure!

You will also need to enable SMTP authentication in order for you to use our SMTP servers.
Simply use the same username and password as your IMAP or POP3 account, also ensure that TLS is enabled.
